- i have stayed at this hotel twice, and both times the gym facilities were unavailable with poor excuses.For the prices paid i expected full use of the hotel or a reduction in price or compensation in some other way.

- 1. Little or no tourist information or brochures available in lobby or room. Spido boat and Nehamina to Kinderdijk weren't even mentioned and both were within a block of hotel.
2. Slow, slow slow service in restrauant.

+ Excellent restaurant, great location and view, clean and very comfortable room, free wi-fi, within walking distance to attractions, public transportation close to the front door.
- At the time we were there, you were constructing the new wing, but there was very little inconvenience.
