+ Great location. Free internet terminals a plus. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good gift shop.
- The room was next to the stairwell and we could hear the stairway doors opening and closing all the time. The bathroom light was florescent, so it took a long time to come on.

+ Service at the reception is very friendly. Location is perfect. We stayed at four different Hotels in the Netherlands (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Middelburg and Maastricht) and your hotel was the best as far as Price/Quality is concerned.
- Service is not very friendly in the breakfeast-room. Hot water machine for tea is difficult to handle.

This new three star hotel in a five star location with a total of 165 well-appointed rooms is situated in the beautiful district near the waterfront and opposite the famous Erasmus Bridge. The Maritime Hotel is recently built in a spectacular way over the existing monument Zeemanshuis.
